So quick. So easy. So delicious!
That’s how I would describe these Peppermint Cake Mix Cookies I’m about to introduce you to, if I wasn’t currently eating them. So if I tried to it would be more like “spthhhrmmsnnth kliphthsy” and spit some of the cookie out and that would just make me sad because these cookies are THAT GOOD.
It takes less than 5 minutes to put them together, and they’re so simple that you can have your kiddos help you and not even hate each other afterward (I can’t speak to the mess, my kids might be happy but they’d still plow through that kitchen like three simultaneous category 12 hurricanes).
All you have to do is mix your ingredients together and scoop them out onto your cookie sheet! I use Andes Peppermint Crunch Baking Chips, and they are delish!
Bake them for 10-12 minutes, let them cool briefly, and eat ’em up (or don’t let them cool, I don’t care. I’m not your boss).
Perfect for holiday parties, teacher or neighbor gifts, or just to bake up and eat with your kiddos while you drive around and look at Christmas lights.
You know what would be perfect with these? Homemade Peppermint Hot Cocoa. <3
